Today I stand here smiling, celebrating my 4+ years’ long relationship with Adarsh. My heart fills with warmth when I look back to these enriched years of constant learning. Adarsh is an organization of values and to be associated with it is a matter of pride. Advance in technology, employee centric environment and member centric approach keep the organization apart from mass and help to preserve its brand image. Introduction of Mobile application and SAP software are stunning turning point in history of the “Adarsh”. I have grown professionally and personally during my stint, hoping for endless I take this opportunity to acknowledge constant guidance, motivation and support of everyone in the organization.
The journey started on 4th August 2011 and now it’s been 5+ years working with Adarsh Credit Co-Operative Society Ltd. and it has proved to be a great learning experience. I have been able to develop myself both personally and professionally. It is a nice place to work, as there are always various trainings to develop oneself in career and deep understanding of the organization’s vision provided by management. It is always inspiring to work for an organization that encourages growth and offers opportunities for development. Finally I just want to say that I am proud to be a part of Team Adarsh.
The last 3 years in Adarsh Credit has been an enriching and exhilarating experience. Being a part of it is by itself a great comprehension, as here growth and exposure at work is beyond the existing. Adarsh credit is a nice place to work with colleagues and supervisors. Employees are valued for their work and sincerity. I have always had opportunities and challenges beyond the current role and my career progression has been quite impressive, adjust with changing situations at work and give my best efforts in terms of productivity and efficiency.
The prime role of the Human Resources is to develop an understanding of the core business and use your combined knowledge of HR technical competencies, the business and its employees to influence the business direction, its goals and ability to perform. When I joined this organization, it was looking very challenging but I realized that the Management is very supportive in implementation of different welfare measures, adopting latest technology for system setting and even it becomes more motivating for HR Head when Management views the Organization as the best organization on employee prospective. The best examples on the drive of “Employee first policy” are: 5 days week on par with multinational organizations and incentivizing staff for their performance by way of KRA through which the employees can earn equivalent to or even more than their monthly salary.
