Deepening relationship with branches and stakeholders for business delivery. This position involves significant responsibility and high level of target orientation.

Qualification : Graduate(Mandatory)

Experience : Having work experience of at least 5-10 years handling Distributors/DSAs/Franchisee/Agents.

Key Requirements :

  • The candidate should be an aggressive, between the age group of 30 to 35 Yrs
  • Having experience in financial industry like Insurance/Banking/Mutual Fund/Securities.
  • Known to the territory for at least 5 years.
  • Will have to work in co-ordination with Branch office.
  • Recruit DSAs through self sourcing as well as from leads provided by the branches.
  • Source business from DSAs in line with the targets assigned.
  • Will have to meet at least 3 new prospective DSAs daily.
  • Provide required services to DSAs to generate higher volume of business.

Purpose of this position : Handling the Direct Channel – Pan India for the society .

Main Accountabilities :

  • Recruitment of Business Development Executive across all branches Pan India
  • Formulate sales strategies, plan and budgets to develop existing accounts and develop new business
  • Drive / Motivate the team to achieve targets.
  • Direct and motivate BDO to develop and manage the strategic accounts in the business
  • Co-ordinate with ZH/RM for business performance of the team.

RM Coordinator (Business Development)

Position Name : RM Coordinator (Business Development)

Job Description of RM

Purpose of this position : Handling a team of RelationshipManagers (RMs) and meeting the targets set for the assigned Branches.

Main Accountabilities :

  • Responsible for handling a team of appx 20RMs.
  • Co-ordinate on daily basis with the RMs to improve the productivity from the Branches in respect of Grievances handling, Advisor recruitment / Activation of Advisors / RD/DDs / Deposit Business Growth etc.,
  • Would be a SPOC for the assigned Branches / RMs. Continuously Monitor the RMs on Daily basis.
  • Various MIS generation & maintenance related to the assigned Branches/RMs
  • Reporting to Business Head on Daily Basis in respect of the development / updates on the assigned Branches / RMs
  • Field Visits as and when required to support / develop the Branches/RMs
  • Any other responsibilities that would be assigned from time to time
  • Responsible to balance between Customer & System and to satisfy the customer.
